Ingredients
- 1/3 c. Dorothy Lynch Light & Lean
- 1 lb. baby carrots, cooked
- 2 T. margarine
- Prep time: 5 Minutes
- Cook time: 15 Minutes
- Serves: 6
The Method
- Cook baby carrots until done.
- Drain well.
- Keep carrots in sauce pan on medium heat and add margarine until melted.
- Add Dorothy Lynch and mix well.
- Cook a few minutes longer to glaze the carrots with the Dorothy Lynch sauce.
- Serve hot with your favorite entrée.
