Glazed Carrots with Dorothy Lynch Dressing Recipe
Ingredients
  • 1/3 c. Dorothy Lynch Light & Lean
  • 1 lb. baby carrots, cooked
  • 2 T. margarine
  • Prep time: 5 Minutes
  • Cook time: 15 Minutes
  • Serves: 6

The Method

  1. Cook baby carrots until done.
  2. Drain well.
  3. Keep carrots in sauce pan on medium heat and add margarine until melted.
  4. Add Dorothy Lynch and mix well.
  5. Cook a few minutes longer to glaze the carrots with the Dorothy Lynch sauce.
  6. Serve hot with your favorite entrée.
