- 1 dz. eggs
- 4 T. Dorothy Lynch Home Style
- 1 1/2 T. sweet pickle relish
- Salt, pepper and a pinch of sugar

The Method
- Hard-boil one dozen eggs.
- Once cooled and peeled, slice in half lengthwise, separating yolks from whites.
- In a bowl, mix yolks and pickle relish.
- Slowly add Dorothy Lynch Home Style.
- Mix until creamy, not runny.
- Add a pinch of sugar, salt, and pepper to taste.
- Spoon yolk mixture into the whites and refrigerate until serving.
