- 1 (8-oz.) pkg. rotini or elbow macaroni
- 1 T. onion flakes
- 1/2 sm. diced green pepper
- 1/2 c. shredded carrots
- 1 1/3 c. Dorothy Lynch Home Style or Light & Lean
- Prep time: 10 Minutes
- Cook time: 10 Minutes
- Serves: 6
The Method
- Cook macaroni as directed on the package.
- Mix with other ingredients.
- Add dressing.
- Chill and serve.
Note : For a heartier salad, add chunks of ham (1 cup) or drained tuna (6-oz.) Can also add chopped cucumber and tomato.
