  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • 14-oz. package ring bologna or Polska Kielbasa
  • 1 apple, cut into small chunks

The Method

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. Lay Brussels sprouts face down on your largest baking sheet.
  3. You can use two baking sheets if necessary to ensure adequate space between individual sprouts. This will help make them crispier.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  5. Cut ring bologna into ½-inch coins.
  6. Place ring bologna and apple on a separate baking sheet, and drizzle lightly with olive oil.
  7. Whisk Dorothy Lynch Dressing & Condiment with maple syrup. Set aside.
  8. Bake Brussels sprouts for 15-20 minutes.
  9. Place ring bologna and apple pan in oven during last 10 minutes of roasting.
