Marinated Sandhills Beef Chunks

Ingredients
  • 1 lb. steak cut into cubes
  • 2 c. Dorothy Lynch Home Style
  • 1/4 c. onion, chopped
  • 3 – 5 dashes Tabasco Sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. Oasis Seasoning or Lawry’s® Season Salt
  • 1/2 tsp. lemon pepper
  • 2 sprigs fresh dill chopped with stems removed
  • 1/2 tsp. Italian Seasoning
  • Prep time: 30 Minutes
  • Cook time: 10 Minutes
  • Serves: 4

The Method

  1. Combine everything together in a bowl or plastic bag.
  2. Marinate in the fridge for at least 1/2 hour.
  3. Pour meat into an oven-safe dish.
  4. Broil and serve.
