Mom’s Best Taco Pasta Salad

Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef, browned, drained and cooled
- 1 pkg. tri-colored spiral pasta, cooked, drained and cooled
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning
- 1 can chili beans (do not drain)
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/2 green pepper, diced
- 3 Roma tomatoes, diced
- 1 (8-oz.) pkg. shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 (16-oz.) bottle Dorothy Lynch
- Prep time: 15 Minutes
- Cook time: 12 Minutes
- Serves: 8
The Method
- Mix all together in large bowl.
- Keeps well for a couple of days and makes a huge batch.
- Can be garnished with sour cream on top.
