Ingredients
- 1 (8-oz.) pkg. shell macaroni
- 1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
- 1 sm. can chopped black olives
- 1 sm. jar chopped pimento
- 1/4 green pepper, diced
- 1 stalk celery, diced

The Method
- Boil macaroni with salt as per package directions.
- Cool.
- Add vegetables and enough dressing to cover the macaroni mixture.
- Stir well and refrigerate.
Notes: I also use seasonal vegetables. May add tomatoes, cucumbers, mushrooms or any other favorites. It’s a favorite for meals at the lake.
