Sharon’s Taco Pasta Salad

Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 env. taco seasoning
- 1 pkg. rotini pasta
- 1 (15-oz.) can kidney beans, drained
- 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 to 1 1/2 c. Dorothy Lynch
- 1 med. head lettuce (torn into pieces) or 1 pkg shredded lettuce
- Prep time: 15 Minutes
- Cook time: 15 Minutes
- Serves: 8
The Method
- Cook pasta according to package directions and set aside.
- Brown hamburger, drain grease, and season with your favorite taco seasoning.
- When cool, add kidney beans, pasta, shredded cheese, and Dorothy Lynch in a large bowl.
- Keep refrigerated and add lettuce right before serving.
Note: Can mix in or serve with tortilla chips.
