Slow Cooker Dorothy Lynch Pulled Pork Sandwiches

Ingredients
- 1 pork shoulder roast (about 5 lbs.)
- Grill seasoning (steak, burger or spicy chicken)
- 1/4 c. of fresh squeezed lime juice or apple juice
- 1 green bell pepper, seeded, coarsely chopped
- 2 medium onions, sliced
- 2 to 3 cups Dorothy Lynch Home Style to cover
- Prep time: 15 Minutes
- Cook time: 7 Hours
- Serves: 8
The Method
- Put about half of the onions in a slow cooker.
- Place the pork roast on the onions.
- Sprinkle generously with grill seasoning.
- Top with the remaining onions and peppers.
- Drizzle with the lime or apple juice.
- Cover and cook on high for 6 hours.
- Remove the roast and vegetables and shred.
- Discard juices and return the shredded pork to the slow cooker.
- Add Dorothy Lynch Home Style, cover, and cook on low for about 1 hour.
- Serve on hamburger buns.
