Ingredients
- 1 (8-oz.) steak
- Rice-A-Roni (family size box )
- 1 green pepper
- 1 onion
- Dorothy Lynch, to taste
- Butter for sautéing
- Prep time: 10 Minutes
- Cook time: 25 Minutes
- Serves: 4
The Method
- Prepare rice per box instructions.
- While rice is cooking, cook steak.
- Once steak is finished cut into small strips.
- Combine rice and steak strips into a big bowl.
- Sauté peppers and onions in butter.
- Combine all in bowl and mix.
- Pour in desired amount of Dorothy Lynch and stir.
Note: Can sauté any vegetables of choice and use any flavor of Rice-A-Roni.
