Ingredients
- 1 c. celery, minced
- 1 c. carrots, chopped
- 1 c. onion, minced
- 2 T. olive oil
- 4 c. vegetable broth
- 1 (15-oz.) can tomato puree
- 1 c. Dorothy Lynch Home Style
- 2 c. small pasta (elbow macaroni, bow tie pasta, ditalini, etc.)
- Salt and pepper
- Grated Parmesan for serving

The Method
- In a large pot, cook vegetables in olive oil until tender.
- Add broth, tomato puree and Dorothy Lynch.
- Bring to a boil.
- Add pasta and cook until pasta is tender.
