Ingredients
- 1/2 c. Dorothy Lynch Home Style or Light & Lean
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 2 c. dry macaroni
- 1 (5-oz.) can tuna
- 1 c. frozen peas, blanched
- 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
- Prep time: 10 Minutes
- Cook time: 10 Minutes
- Serves: 6
The Method
- Mix Dorothy Lynch Home Style and mayonnaise together and set aside.
- Cook macaroni according to package directions, drain, rinse under cold water, drain thoroughly.
- Add tuna, peas and cheese.
- Pour mixed dressing on top and toss before serving.
Notes: An easy way to blanch the peas is to put them in the bottom of a colander or strainer before you drain the macaroni.
