Ingredients
- 1 lb. lean ground beef, browned
- 4 oz. bacon (cooked, drained and diced)
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 (15-oz.) can pork & beans
- 1 (15-oz.) can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 (15-oz.) can butter beans, rinsed and drained
- 1/4 c. packed brown sugar
- 1/2 c. ketchup
- 1/4 c. Dorothy Lynch
- 1 T. cider vinegar
- 1 tsp. mustard
- Prep time: 15 Minutes
- Cook time: 60 Minutes

The Method
- In a large skillet, brown beef and onion.
- Drain off excess grease and add cooked bacon, beans, brown sugar, ketchup, Dorothy Lynch, vinegar, and mustard.
- Transfer mixture into a greased 2-quart baking dish and bake uncovered at 325 degrees for 45-60 minutes.
