Ingredients
- 2 c. unpeeled apple, shredded
- 1 c. carrots, shredded
- 1 c. cranberries, chopped
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 c. Dorothy Lynch Home Style
- 1 1/3 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 1/2 c. flour
- 1 T. baking powder
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 c. English walnuts, chopped

The Method
- Mix eggs, Dorothy Lynch Home Style, and sugar together.
- In another bowl, mix salt, flour, baking powder, baking soda, and cinnamon.
- Combine with egg mixture.
- Stir in carrots, apples, cranberries, and walnuts.
- Fill greased muffin tins 1/2 full with batter.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 375 degrees for 15 minutes or until golden.
