Ingredients
- 1 whole chicken
- 1 (16-oz.) bottle Dorothy Lynch
- Prep time: 3 Hours

The Method
- Cut up chicken, or if you prefer, use your favorite chicken pieces.
- Put chicken in a bowl big enough to hold them.
- Pour enough Dorothy Lynch over the pieces to completely cover them.
- Marinade at least a few hours, the longer the better.
- I use a covered grill and try to maintain the temperature from 275 to 300 degrees.
- Cook for 20 to 30 minutes, and then turn.
- Baste with remaining dressing from bowl.
- Cook another 15 to 20 minutes and check.
- Cook to an internal temperature of 175 degrees.
- Baste each time pieces are turned.
