Grilled or Baked Chicken Breast a’ la Dorothy

Ingredients
  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
  • 2 c. Dorothy Lynch Home Style
  • 1 T. honey
  • 1/8 c. barbecue sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • Prep time: 1 Hour 10 Minutes
  • Cook time: 45 Minutes
  • Serves: 4

The Method

  1. Mix together Dorothy Lynch, honey, barbecue sauce, and garlic.
  2. Put in bowl or plastic bag.
  3. Marinate chicken breasts for 1 hour.
  4. Grill chicken breasts, basting with the Dorothy Lynch sauce as you grill.
  5. You can bake chicken breasts at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
  6. Serve with Dorothy Lynch Home Style drizzled on top or as a dipping sauce on the side.
