Sparky’s Spicy Brisket Street Tacos

Ingredients
- 2 c. chopped smoked beef brisket (Hormel®)
- 1/4 c. Sparky’s Wing & Dippin’ Sauce (or Sparky’s Fire)
- 1/4 c. Dorothy Lynch Home Style
- 1/4 c. olive oil
- 1 T. chopped red onion
- 1/2 T. minced garlic
- 12 mini flour or corn tortillas
- Shredded colby or monterey jack cheese
- Chopped cilantro
- Daisy sour cream
- Caramelized onions (sauté sliced red onions, olive oil, salt and pepper to taste)

The Method
1. Heat olive oil in medium-size pan over medium heat.
2. Add onions and garlic…sauté for 1 to 2 minutes.
3. Add brisket, sauté till thoroughly heated.
4. Add Sparky’s Wing & Dippin’ Sauce and Dorothy Lynch Home Style and simmer.
5. Warm tortillas and fill with brisket meat.
6. Top with cheese, sour cream, cilantro and caramelized onions.
