- 3 whole chicken breasts, halved
- 3/4 cup apricot preserves
- 1 envelope (1 1/4-oz.) dry onion soup mix
- 1 cup Dorothy Lynch Home Style

The Method
- Arrange chicken, skin-side up, in 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Combine the apricot preserves, dry onion soup mix, and Dorothy Lynch, and spoon over chicken.
- Cover and bake at 350 degrees F. for 1 hour.
- Uncover and carefully baste with sauce.
- Continue baking, uncovered for 15 minutes until cooked as desired.
