- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 c. panko breadcrumbs

The Method
- Marinate chicken breasts in Dorothy Lynch Home Style in a Ziploc® bag in the refrigerator for 1 hour or more (I put mine in the refrigerator in the morning and take it out when ready to bake).
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Remove chicken breast from Ziploc® bag, leaving a thin coating on each breast.
- Roll chicken in breadcrumbs and place on non-stick baking sheet.
- Bake for 25 minutes (or more depending on thickness of the breast).
