Baked Breaded Chicken Breast

Ingredients
  • 1 c. Dorothy Lynch Home Style
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 c. panko breadcrumbs
  • Prep time: 1 Hour and 5 Minutes
  • Cook time: 30 Minutes
  • Serves: 4

The Method

  1. Marinate chicken breasts in Dorothy Lynch Home Style in a Ziploc® bag in the refrigerator for 1 hour or more (I put mine in the refrigerator in the morning and take it out when ready to bake).
  2. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  3. Remove chicken breast from Ziploc® bag, leaving a thin coating on each breast.
  4. Roll chicken in breadcrumbs and place on non-stick baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes (or more depending on thickness of the breast).
