Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
- 3/4 lb. ground pork
- 1 egg
- 1 c. old fashioned oatmeal
- 1 c. Dorothy Lynch Home Style
- 1 T. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 med. onion, chopped
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/2 c. catsup
- 1 T. prepared mustard
- Prep time: 20 Minutes
- Cook time: 1 Hour
- Serves: 2
The Method
- Combine beef, pork, egg, oatmeal, dressing, Worcestershire sauce, onion, salt, and pepper.
- Form into 1-inch balls.
- Combine tomato soup, catsup, and mustard.
- Pour half of the tomato soup sauce in a greased 2-quart, oblong baking dish.
- Place the meatballs in a dish.
- Spoon the rest of the sauce on top of each meatball.
- Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
- Serve over rice.
