Ingredients
- 2 (8 oz) cans Pillsbury Crescent refrigerated seamless dough sheets
- 1 c. diced cooked chicken
- 2 T. wings sauce
- 2 T. Dorothy Lynch
- 1/4 c. crumbled blue cheese or shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 2 T. chopped scallions
- Prep time: 20 Minutes
- Cook time: 16 Minutes
- Serves: 8
The Method
- Cut each dough sheet into 16 rectangles.
- Place the rectangles on ungreased cookie sheets.
- In small bowl mix wings sauce and Dorothy Lynch together.
- In larger bowl mix chicken, blue cheese, cream cheese and scallions together.
- Mix in sauce. Spoon mixture on half of each rectangle and fold dough over filling.
- Press edges together with fork to seal.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 13 -16 minutes or just until golden brown.
Notes:
Can serve with a side of Dorothy Lynch to use as dipping sauce.
