Chicken Broccoli Hotdish

Chicken Broccoli Hotdish in a white casserole dish
Ingredients
  • 16 oz. package elbow macaroni
  • 16 oz. package frozen broccoli florets
  • 26 oz. can cream of chicken soup
  • 3/4 c. Dorothy Lynch Dressing & Condiment
  • 1 T. soy sauce
  • 2 tsp. garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 small yellow onion, chopped
  • 1 grilled chicken breast, cut into small pieces
  • 6 oz. French fried onions
  • Prep time: 15 Minutes
  • Cook time: 45 Minutes
  • Serves: 4

The Method

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  2. Add pasta and cook until al dente.
  3. Add frozen broccoli florets to the pasta during the last 2 minutes of cooking.
  4. Drain and rinse with cold water, and place pasta and broccoli in a large mixing bowl.
  5. Add chicken soup, Dorothy Lynch Dressing & Condiment, soy sauce, garlic powder, salt and pepper, cheddar cheese, onion, and chicken breast.
  6. Place in a large casserole dish.
  7. Top with French fried onions.
  8. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  9. Bake for 45 minutes.
