Ingredients
- 1/4 c. cornmeal
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. ground red pepper
- 2 medium skinned and boned chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 2 T. melted butter or margarine
- 2 T. honey
- 1/4 c. Dorothy Lynch Home Style
- 1/4 c. barbecue sauce
- Prep time: 15 Minutes
- Cook time: 10 Minutes

The Method
- In a plastic bag, combine cornmeal, chili powder, garlic salt, pepper, and red pepper.
- Coat chicken pieces with melted butter or margarine and put pieces into a bag.
- Close the bag and shake to coat the chicken.
- Place chicken pieces in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes or until no longer pink, turning pieces once.
- For dipping sauce, in a small bowl, combine honey, Dorothy Lynch Home Style, and barbecue sauce.
- Mix well.
- Serve chicken with dipping sauce.
