Dorothy Goes to Italy Baked Breaded Chicken Breast

Ingredients
- 1 c. Dorothy Lynch Home Style
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 c. Italian seasoned bread crumbs
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- Prep time: 1 Hour and 10 Minutes
- Cook time: 25 Minutes
- Serves: 4
The Method
- Marinate chicken breasts in Dorothy Lynch Home Style in a Ziploc® bag.
- Place in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. (You can put these in the refrigerator in the morning, and take it out when you’re ready to cook.)
- Mix bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese in a shallow bowl or plate.
- Remove chicken from dressing, leaving just enough dressing on the chicken to coat it.
- Dip chicken in the mixture of bread crumbs and parmesan cheese.
- Place on a non-stick baking sheet.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes. (You may need to bake longer if the breast is particularly thick.)
