Dorothy Lynch Gluten Free Peaches & Honey Crisp

Ingredients
- 6 peaches, peeled and sliced
- 1/3 c. Dorothy Lynch
- 6 peaches, peeled and sliced
- 1 tsp. cinnamon (divided 1/2 + 1/2)
- 3 T. gluten free tapioca starch
- 1 c. gluten free flour
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 c. gluten free oats
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- Prep time: 15 Minutes
- Cook time: 40 Minutes
- Serves: 8
The Method
Filling:
- Stir together Dorothy Lynch, honey, 1/2 tsp. cinnamon, tapioca and lemon juice.
- Pour over sliced peaches in baking dish.
Topping:
- Mix together 1/2 tsp. cinnamon, flour, oats, sugar, butter and pecans. Should be crumbly.
- Pour over peaches.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
