Dorothy Lynch Meatloaf

Ingredients
- 2 lbs. hamburger
- 1 c. oatmeal
- 1/2 c. diced onion
- 1/2 c. green pepper
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 c. Dorothy Lynch Home Style (separated 3/4 cup and 1/4 cup)
- 1 T. Dijon mustard
- Prep time: 15 Minutes
- Cook time: 1 hour and 30 minutes
- Serves: 8
The Method
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Combine all ingredients except 1/4 cup Dorothy Lynch Home Style and Dijon mustard.
- Mix thoroughly and put in a greased loaf pan.
- Combine remaining 1/4 cup of Dorothy Lynch Home Style with 1 T. Dijon mustard and spread on top.
- Bake for 75 to 90 minutes.
