Dorothy Goes to Thailand Pasta Salad

Ingredients
- 3 baked chicken breasts; shredded into thin strips
- 1 (7-oz.) pkg. penne pasta (or substitute your favorite), cooked
- 2 1/2 c. Dorothy Lynch Home Style Salad Dressing
- 1 c. Thai peanut sauce
- 1/2 c. sliced red bell pepper
- 1 (24-oz.) pkg. broccoli slaw
- 1/2 c. cashews
- Prep time: 20 Minutes
- Cook time: 15 Minutes
- Serves: 8
The Method
- Cook penne pasta.
- Drain and run under cold water to cool.
- Mix together the Dorothy Lynch Home Style and Thai peanut sauce in a bowl.
- Combine the chilled pasta, broccoli slaw, red pepper, cashews and chicken.
- Pour sauce mixture over the top and mix well. Chill and serve.
