Dorothy’s Cranberry Turkey

Ingredients
- 2 to 3 lbs. boneless turkey breast
- 1/3 c. Dorothy Lynch
- 1 can whole cranberry sauce
- 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
- Prep time: 10 Minutes
- Cook time: 1 Hour and 20 Minutes
- Serves: 8
The Method
- Place the turkey breast in a baking pan.
- In a small bowl, mix Dorothy Lynch, cranberry sauce, and soup mix.
- Spoon half the sauce over the turkey.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes covered with foil.
- Remove from oven and pour remaining sauce over turkey.
- Cover and continue to bake another 30 to 40 minutes.
- Slice and serve with the sauce if desired.
