Dorothy’s Cranberry Turkey

Dorothy’s Cranberry Turkey with roasted carrots
Ingredients
  • 2 to 3 lbs. boneless turkey breast
  • 1/3 c. Dorothy Lynch
  • 1 can whole cranberry sauce
  • 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
  • Prep time: 10 Minutes
  • Cook time: 1 Hour and 20 Minutes
  • Serves: 8

The Method

  1. Place the turkey breast in a baking pan.
  2. In a small bowl, mix Dorothy Lynch, cranberry sauce, and soup mix.
  3. Spoon half the sauce over the turkey.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes covered with foil.
  5. Remove from oven and pour remaining sauce over turkey.
  6. Cover and continue to bake another 30 to 40 minutes.
  7. Slice and serve with the sauce if desired.
