Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning
- 1/2 lg. onion, chopped
- 1/2 head lettuce, chopped
- 1 lg. tomato, chopped
- 1/2 to 1 can of ranch style beans, drained
- 4 oz. Velveeta cheese and 1 can Rotel
- 1/2 c. salsa
- 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 to 2 jalapenos, chopped
- 1/2 bag Frito Corn Chips
- Dorothy Lynch, to taste
- Prep time: 20 Minutes
- Cook time: 15 Minutes
- Serves: 6
The Method
- Brown ground beef and add taco seasoning.
- In a small pan, combine Velveeta cheese and Rotel, heat and stir till smooth.
- In a large bowl, add cooled browned beef, lettuce, onions, tomatoes, beans, Rotel cheese dip, salsa, shredded cheese, corn chips, and jalapeño.
- Toss all ingredients together.

Note: I like to chop everything small so I can get a little of everything in every bite and eat it with a large spoon.
