Ingredients
- 3 to 4 lb. rump roast
- 2 c. Dorothy Lynch
- 4 potatoes, peeled and quartered
- 2 sm. onions, chopped
- 4 carrots, chunked
- Prep time: 10 Minutes
- Cook time: 8 Hours
- Serves: 8
The Method
- Trim the roast and place in the crock pot.
- Pour Dorothy Lynch over top.
- Cook on low for approximately 8 hours.
- Halfway through cooking time, add potatoes, onion, and carrots.
