Macaroni Luncheon Salad

Ingredients
- 1 (8-oz.) pkg. shell or rotini macaroni
- 1 or 2 cans (5-oz. ea.) chunk chicken
- 1/2 c. sliced ripe olives
- 1/2 c. diced red pepper
- 1/2 c. diced green pepper
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 lg. orange, peeled, cut into bite size pieces
- 1 1/2 c. broccoli florets
- 1 1/4 c. Dorothy Lynch Home Style or Light & Lean
- 1/2 c. honey
- Prep time: 20 Minutes
- Cook time: 10 Minutes
- Serves: 6
The Method
- Cook macaroni according to package instructions.
- Drain, chill with cold tap water, and drain thoroughly.
- Combine the first eight ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
- Combine Dorothy Lynch and honey.
- Mix well.
- Pour over salad.
- Mix thoroughly.
- Cover and chill for several hours or overnight.
