Slow Cooker Pulled Pork Sandwich

Ingredients
- 2 lbs. pork loin with excess fat removed
- 2 c. Dorothy Lynch Home Style (1 c. per lb. of meat)
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 c. chicken broth
- Salt and pepper to taste

The Method
- Trim pork of any excess fat.
- Scatter onion and pepper over bottom of the slow cooker.
- Place pork in slow cooker and add broth.
- Cover and cook on low until very tender (about 8 hours).
- Remove meat and let cool.
- Empty any remaining liquid.
- Pull meat into thin shreds.
- Remove all fat and return to the slow cooker.
- Pour Dorothy Lynch over the top of the meat.
- Cook on low until warm.
- Season with salt and pepper and serve on soft buns.
