Sweet and Tangy BBQ Sausage

Ingredients
- 1 (13-oz.) smoked sausage link
- 1 1/2 green bell peppers
- 1 med. onion
- 1/2 c. Dorothy Lynch
- 1/2 c. of your favorite BBQ sauce
- Prep time: 10 Minutes
- Cook time: 15 Minutes
- Serves: 4
The Method
- Slice the sausage into 1/4″ thick medallions.
- Dice the peppers and onions.
- Sauté the sausage in a large skillet, then add the peppers and onions.
- Let them cook 3 to 4 minutes.
- Add the Dorothy Lynch and BBQ sauce, cover and simmer for 5 to 8 minutes.
- Stir occasionally.
- Serve over rice.
